Property Description

This is a recently reformed cortijo – the reformation has been carried out to a very high standard and many of the traditional features of a typical Spanish cortijo remain and have been incorporated and enhanced.

A driveway takes you down to double metal gates which lead into a front courtyard.  Here there are traditional Spanish stone sinks and a very large entertaining area/BBQ area to the side of the house.  At the top of this driveway there is also a parking area large enough for two cars (here there is also the possibility for the building of a large garage).

The beautiful wooden front door takes you directly in the lounge.  From here there is a door into a double bedroom and steps down into a large fitted kitchen/dining room (with sink, oven and hob) which features a wood burning fireplace.

A beautiful beamed stairway leads up from the lounge to three double bedrooms (two of which are larger than average) and a bathroom comprising of sink, toilet, bidet and corner shower unit (the shower is a multi-jet/massage unit).

The whole house has been rewired and also cabling has already been installed for the future installation of heating (if required).  The current owners has been reforming this beautiful property for two years and finished the reformation one year ago.

Water and electricity are connected and a cesspit has been installed.
